As I reflect on the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the devastating potential effects of bullying on our children and young people, I am reminded of the need for kindness, compassion and patience in our society.
The management and staff of Pedro St. James offers a special thanks to Ken Nutter who donated several plants including 10 coconut trees, two each of papaya and ackee trees and a guinep tree this past week, all of which will be planted within the grounds of the National Historic Site.
Commitment and dedication to the Cayman community is ingrained in the members of Lions Club of Grand Cayman, so it should come as no surprise when called upon to assist in the fight against COVID-19 there was no hesitation.
