Shortly after 5:00PM on Wednesday, 11 November, officers were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communications Centre to a report of an indecent assault at an address in the Lower Valley area of Bodden Town, where it was reported that a juvenile girl was indecently assaulted.
Shortly after 6:00PM on Tuesday, 3 November, officers on patrol on Bodden Town Road observed a vehicle travelling in the wrong lane.
A man, age 23 of George Town, has been formally charged with eight offenses in relation to several incidents occurring between 24 October and 4 November, including an incident where a premises in West Bay was unlawfully entered and the owner of the property subsequently threatened.
A man, age 35 of George Town, has been formally charged with Arson, in relation to the fire which occurred at the RCIPS Business Centre at Windjammer Plaza on Monday, 26 October.
Shortly before 7:30AM Thursday, 5 November, officers responded to a report of multiple burglaries at a shopping plaza on North Sound Road, near the Butterfield Roundabout. Four businesses at the location had been broken into overnight and cash stolen from registers.
Shortly after 7:20PM on Saturday, 7 November, officers responded to a report of a collision on Powell Smith Drive, West Bay, involving a motorcycle and a pedestrian.
Shortly after 9:00AM on Thursday, 5 November, officers responded to a report of a Burglary at a church on Hirst Road, Bodden Town. The church had been broken into and sound equipment stolen, sometime between the evening of Saturday, 31 October, and Thursday morning.
Just before 12:15AM on Thursday 29 October 2020, police and other emergency services were dispatched to a single vehicle collision in the vicinity of Tibbetts Turn and Watering Place in Cayman Brac.
The fire is being treated as a criminal act of arson and is being investigated by RCIPS CID. Anyone with any information or who may have witnessed the incident is asked to contact the RCIPS Major Incident Room at 649-2930.
