Fatal Accidents on Bodden Town roads

Just after 1:20AM on Saturday 16 November, police and other emergency services were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communications Centre to Singh’s Roti Shop and Bar on Doctor Roy’s Drive, George Town, where it was reported that a fight was in progress and one man was injured as a result.
Since 9th February, 2019, police have been investigating a burglary that occurred at the Tiger Bay Restaurant on Cotton Tree Bay Road, Cayman Brac. During the incident, private CCTV footage was recovered showing the perpetrator smashing exterior cameras on the premise.
A man, age 44 of West Bay, has been arrested on suspicion of murder in relation to the murder incident. He remains in custody as investigations continue.
Detectives have launched a murder investigation into the death of the 24-year-old-man from West Bay who was found unresponsive after suffering several gunshot wounds in a shooting incident that took place in the area of Ms. Daisy Lane, West Bay, Thursday evening, 12 November, around 5:30PM.
Shortly before 2:00AM this morning, officers responded to a single-vehicle collision on the Linford Pierson Highway in George Town. The driver, a man age 63 of George Town, was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Shortly before 3:30AM on Saturday, 26 October, the 9-1-1 Communications Centre dispatched officers to a report of a serious assault at the Sky Lounge bar on Mary Street in George Town.
The police can now confirm that local resident Mr. Graham Bentley, who was reported missing on Friday, 18 October, after having travelled to Jamaica, has been located safely in Jamaica.
The RCIPS is informing the public that there will be a temporary traffic flow adjustment made to traffic entering the Hurley’s roundabout on weekday evenings, beginning next Monday, 28 October.
