Cayman Turtle Centre announces release dates to mark World Sea Turtle Day

Cayman Turtle Conservation and Education Centre will be celebrating World Sea Turtle Day (June 16th) by releasing a total of 10 yearling turtles into the sea. Five of them will be released on June 16th and another five two days later on June 18th.

HSA recalls Metformin ER tablets

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recommended voluntary recall of certain extended-release (ER) versions of metformin after testing revealed a contaminant in these products. The HSA, in keeping with this advisory, is recalling all Metformin ER tablets.

Water Authority Office Reopens

Water Authority offices reopened on Monday, 8 June 2020, offering full services. Offices will open Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac. The first hour of business, 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM will be dedicated to the elderly and essential workers.
