6 Positive Covid 19 cases reported on Monday
The Chief Medical Officer, Dr. John Lee, reports that 459 COVID-19 tests have been carried out since this was last reported on Friday, 15 January 2021. Six were positive.
The individuals are asymptomatic travellers who tested positive following routine screening. They will remain in isolation until considered recovered.
The number of people in isolation, either at a government facility or in their homes, as required by the Medical Officer of Health, is 1,313.
The latest number of people who have received the COVID-19 vaccine is awaited. An update will be provided when available.
