Armed Robbery in West Bay
Just after 7:15 PM on Sunday, 9th November, police were to a report of an armed robbery in West Bay.
It was reported that a masked man, armed with a machete, wearing a black jacket and red shorts, entered a business establishment on Watercourse Road in West Bay and stole a quantity of cash, then fled the location in a white coloured vehicle.
Police responded to the incident, and searches were carried out throughout the district with negative results. The investigation into this incident is ongoing, and detectives are seeking witnesses who may have seen the robbery take place or have pertinent information that may lead to the identification of the robber or locate the vehicle involved.
