Logic Communications is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Hart to General Manager. Hart previously served as Head of Business for Brava, Logic’s business solutions division, where he delivered strong performance and helped drive growth across key customer and enterprise segments.

With over 25 years in the technology sector, Hart has been a driving force behind telecommunications transformation in international markets, including Canada, the APEC region, Bermuda and the European Union.  He has spent some 16 years in the Cayman Islands, spearheading digital transformation initiatives that have empowered private and public sector entities.

Niall Sheehy, Chairman of Logic said, “This appointment recognizes Jeff’s proven track record and deep understanding of the Cayman market. We celebrate his growth in the company, and this new appointment is a testament to all he has contributed. Under his leadership, we are committing to strengthening Cayman’s digital infrastructure and deliver technology that creates opportunity for all communities and businesses in the Cayman Islands.”

Hart previously spearheaded the launch of Logic’s Business Solutions and cybersecurity brand, Brava, setting a new benchmark for technology solutions in the region. Since its inception, Brava has achieved record growth and earned recognition as the Cayman Islands’ Best Business Solutions Provider for two consecutive years.

Sheehy added, “In this new role, Jeff will lead Logic’s transformation from a traditional telecommunications provider into a technology company; delivering reliable connectivity alongside advanced ICT, cybersecurity, and digital solutions that empower the Cayman Islands’ people and businesses to thrive.”

“My vision for Logic extends beyond technology; we are investing in Cayman’s future,” said Hart. “Through youth development, education initiatives, and charitable programs, we aim to create opportunities that build a stronger, more inclusive society.”

For over 16 years, Hart and his family have proudly called the Cayman Islands home. With his wife serving as a kindergarten teacher and both children born on the island, their roots in education and the community run deep.
