Police Investigate report of missing man Channing Junior Williams
On Monday morning, 21 April, Channing Junior Williams, age 39 of George Town, was reported missing to police. Mr. Williams had last been seen by family members early in the afternoon on Sunday, 20 April, but was reported to have travelled on a boat with friends to Starfish Point later that afternoon.
It was reported that Mr. Williams had returned to shore on the boat and disembarked.
Police commenced a search for Mr. Williams, including the use of the police drone and CCTV checks in the area where he was last seen as well as in nearby areas.
Investigations into the whereabouts of Mr. Williams continue and investigators are particularly interested in speaking with anyone who may have seen Mr. Williams on Sunday afternoon, or anyone who may have been at the Cayman Islands Yacht Club, at Starfish Point, or who may have seen the boat he was traveling on, on Sunday.
