Virgin Atlantic passing over St Lucia, where its network is expanding
The Caribbean is set to benefit from Virgin Atlantic extending its network around the region, so helping grow the burgeoning tourism industry.
Virgin is deepening its connectivity across the islands with expanded services, new partnerships, and increased flight frequencies. This strategic expansion aims to simplify inter-island travel and strengthen regional tourism networks, boosting arrivals from the UK while promoting seamless and comfortable journeys across key Caribbean destinations.
Virgin Atlantic has forged a new agreement with InterCaribbean Airways, unlocking access to eleven destinations including Dominica, St Lucia, Grenada, Kingston, Turks and Caicos, and St Kitts. This partnership makes onward travel to Georgetown, Guyana much easier, fulfilling a long-standing traveller demand and strengthening Caribbean tourism links with South America.
Virgin Atlantic has also broadened its existing cooperation with Caribbean Airlines to include sixteen regional destinations. New connections from hubs in Barbados and Antigua now extend to Beef Island in the British Virgin Islands and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
