Water Authority – Cayman launches its Customer Satisfaction Survey today (Thursday, 22 May). The short online survey is being conducted to help the Authority better serve its customers.
The survey will be emailed or mailed directly to a random selection of piped-water customers. The Authority kindly asks customers who receive the survey to take a few moments to participate. It consists of 12 quick multiple-choice questions and takes less than 5 minutes to complete. The feedback received is essential to help improve customer experience and ensure that the Authority provides the best service possible.
