The completed declaration must be submitted at the same time as payment of annual Residency & Employment Rights Certificate (RERC) fees.

The completed declarations must be submitted on the anniversary of the immigration facility that is held or between the 1st to the 31st of December of that calendar year. Payment can be made using WORC’s online payment services portal and proof of payment must be shown when submitting the completed declaration. Annual Declarations should be emailed to AnnualDeclarationSubmissions@gov.ky  or can be done at WORC offices at Apollo House West at 87 Mary Street in George Town.

To review the new immigration fee schedule and the immigration regulations and legislation currently in effect, or to access the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and the Immigration Reform Guidebook, please visit www.gov.ky/immigrationreform , where these resources are available for review and download.

Persons are reminded that it’s an offence to make false statements on immigration forms and to not comply with the submission of annual declarations which are required according to law. Furthermore, persons who hold a PR facility that requires an annual declaration must make a submission regardless of whether the facility was granted before or after 1 May 2026 when the new legislation commenced.
