Following a forensic investigation into the identity of the unknown deceased male that was found on the coast of the Safe Haven area of Grand Cayman, the RCIPS can now confirm the deceased person’s identity as Channing Williams, age 39, of George Town.
Just before 9:30AM on Tuesday 22 April, police responded to Safe Haven in George Town, where it was reported that the body of an unknown man had washed ashore and there were no signs of life.

Just before 6 AM on Monday, 21 April, the 9-1-1 Communications Centre dispatched police and other emergency services to a report of a motor vehicle collision involving a cyclist.

Following their earlier press release confirming the identity of the victim discovered in a burned vehicle on the morning of Thursday, 3 April, the RCIPS provides an update on the ongoing investigation into the tragic death of Mrs. Judiann Myles.
At about 3:30PM on Friday 11 April, officers were dispatched to a report of a person in distress at a dock on Raleigh Quay, West Bay.
Shortly after 1:50PM on Friday, 11 April, the 9-1-1 Communications Centre dispatched officers to a report of an armed robbery at a construction site on Adonis Drive in West Bay.
Just after 6:00AM on Saturday 12 April, officers responded to a report of an unresponsive male found at an address on Farm Road in East End.
Police have now formally identified the deceased person found in the burning vehicle in Bodden Town as 47-year-old Judiann Myles, a resident of Bodden Town. The RCIPS extends its sincere condolences to Mrs. Myles’ family and loved ones during this difficult time.
