The Cayman Islands women’s national team begins its bid for CONCACAF glory next month.

Cayman hosts Bermuda on Thursday 27 November at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex, kick-off 7pm. Cayman was drawn into Group C, alongside Costa Rica, Guatemala, Bermuda, and Grenada.

“It’s always special to play at home, especially when it’s the first match of a major tournament,” said CIFA Women’s Technical Director Martha Godet. “This group gives us a chance to test ourselves against some of the best programs in the region while continuing to develop our squad. The players are excited, focused, and ready to represent the Cayman Islands with pride.”

This season’s qualifiers feature 33 nations divided into six groups. Each team will play one match per FIFA international window, alternating home and away, for a total of four matches during the qualifying phase.
