Alex Way
Ogier has appointed Alex Way as a partner in its Private Wealth team, further strengthening the firm’s Caribbean private wealth capabilities.
Based in London, Alex has more than 10 years’ offshore experience advising trustees, family offices, private trust companies and high net worth families on complex international wealth planning and succession matters.
His experience includes estate planning, trust restructuring, private trust companies, charitable structures and cross-border wealth planning, with a particular focus on Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands private wealth matters.

Led by Matt Guthrie, the team advises private individuals, families, trustees, family offices and fiduciary businesses across the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey and Jersey, supported by lawyers in key international financial centres including London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
