The Department of Commerce and Investment (DCI) recently launched a customer feedback survey to assess how satisfied customers are with different aspects of application processes offered by the Department and to inform decision making and future innovations.
“DCI is committed to making the lives of who we serve better. In order to do that we want to invite our clients to provide us with their valuable feedback on what can be done to enhance our processes,” Ryan Rajkumarsingh, DCI Director stated.
DCI has been lauded as one of the most innovative departments within the Cayman Islands Government. It has continuously sought to improve the customer service experience by making its processes less bureaucratic and more efficient.
All DCI customers are encouraged to complete the short survey, which expires on May 21.
