The deadline to apply for the Water Authority Wastewater COVID-19 Discount for commercial customers is 31 December 2021. No applications will be accepted after this deadline.
Commercial customers who still want to take advantage of this wastewater discount and have not yet done so, should apply now. The discount is on wastewater bills for the period of April 2020 to September 2021.
Customers wanting to apply must do so in writing and provide
1) water consumption records for the entire calendar year 2019 and
2) the Cayman Water Company bill(s) for the month(s) under consideration. Requests should be submitted to info@waterauthority.ky.
