It used to be called the “Seven-Eleven,” but now the little white weatherboard store on George Town waterfront has reopened after Covid, with a new name, “Mr Arthurs,” in memory of Authur Bodden, who also ran the print shop situated across the road for many years.

The Cayman Islands Air Show is back after 20 year, and thousands came to see the spectacle at Seven Mile Beach on Saturday 3 December. There was a fantastic display of aircraft from superfast fighter jets to big flying boats.
Significant progress continues to be made as efforts between the Cayman Islands Government and Dart to complete project negotiations for the development of ReGen, Cayman’s Energy and Recycling Centre are continuing in earnest, with financial close for the project now expected early in 2023.
The Dart Hospitality Training Programme concluded earlier this month and the 12 graduates of the pilot programme were celebrated on Monday, 21 November at a small graduation ceremony at Ms. Piper’s at Hampton by Hilton.
