At about 8:30AM, today, 26 January, officers were dispatched to a report that a man had been found unresponsive on a cruise ship, anchored off the George Town port.
Shortly after 2:00AM, Friday 26 January, police responded to a call to service at the George Town Hospital, where a man, with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to his stomach, had been brought via private vehicle.

A 42-year-old-woman of West Bay has been arrested by the police on Saturday 13 January, following reports of obtaining property by deception
Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of 32 year-old Gerado Connolly, also known as George or Peppa, of Bodden Town, who is wanted for burglary and robbery offences and has breached his bail conditions.
The Cayman Islands Customs and Border Control Service (CBC) confirms that on Sunday, 14 January 2024 six (6) migrants arrived in Cayman Brac at approximately 12:30 am.
