This meeting is being held and notice given is in Accordance with the provisions of Section 15 of the Liquor Licensing Law (2019 Revision) and Section 6 of the Music and Dancing (Control) Law 2019 Revision, which gives the Board authority to grant temporary licences subject to ratification by the Board at its next regular session.

GRANT APPLICATIONS: Applicants shall attend before the Board at the time of the opening of the session and may, in addition, be represented by a person qualified to practise law in the Islands.

Any member of the public who wishes to object to the aforementioned must do so in writing addressed to: The Chairman of the Liquor Licensing Board, Government Administration Building, Cayman Brac, Cayman Islands at least seven days prior to the date of the meeting.

Anyone who has given to the Chairman seven days’ notice of objection may also appear and ask for the revocation or discontinuance of any existing license.
