Cayman Distributors Group (CDG), the islands’ leading distributor of beer, spirits, wine, and non-liquor, announces its latest initiative towards sustainability with the adoption of Kingfisher Packaging – a biodegradable and eco-friendly pallet wrapping solution. The biodegradable packaging is designed to break down naturally overtime, reducing the impact on Cayman’s landfills saving over 21,000 pounds of plastic each year.

The company has invested in solar panels to harness clean energy, implemented an electric warehouse fleet to reduce carbon emissions, and now, with the introduction of Kingfisher Packaging, CDG aims to further reduce its ecological footprint.
