Top athletes will compete this weekend
The Cayman Athletics National Junior & Senior Championships 2026 takes place this weekend.
This major track and field event will be hosted at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex. The championships serve as the ultimate proving ground for the nation’s top junior and senior athletes to showcase their talent and competitive spirit.
On Friday 26 June events begin at 6pm. On Saturday 27 June events begin at 3pm. Admission is free.
The event is open to the public and serves as an excellent opportunity for the community to come out and support local athletes, clubs, and families.
Athletes are preparing for major events this summer that include the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland from July 23 to August 2.
