CBC Cargo Processing Office to close on Saturdays
Customs & Border Control (CBC) Service advises the public that effective Thursday, 1st of August 2024, the CBC Cargo Processing Office at 42 Owen Roberts Drive will be closed to the public on Saturdays. This office closure will not impact the CBC Warehouse Transit shed that will remain open to the public for the receiving of Cargo and Cargo Inspections from 8:30am to 12:00pm on Saturdays.
To accommodate this change going forward, the Cargo Processing Office will stay open one (1) hour later during the week making the new office hours Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. CBC Officers will continue to process declarations and assist with clearances until 7:00pm weekdays.
