The Liquor Licensing Board of the Cayman Islands advises liquor licence holders of retail licences for sea-going vessels of the following:
• The retail licence allows for the sale of intoxicating liquor to be consumed on the vessel outside of half a mile of land.
• Within half a mile of any land, the bar shall be locked off from the rest of the vessel and no intoxicating liquor may be disposed of, exposed for sale, offered for sale or consumed on such vessel.
