Community Notice: Opposition expresses condolences on the passing of Mrs. Mary Miller

The members of the Official Opposition wish to extend their sincere condolences to Mr. D. Ezzard Miller, MLA and his siblings Jerris, Marylou and Susan on the passing of their mother Mrs. Mary Miller.

Mrs. Mary was known to the Members of The Opposition and all are deeply saddened by the announcement of her passing.

The Hon. Leader of the Opposition, Mr Arden McLean, JP MLA and long-time colleague of Mr. Miller also expressed his sad condolences:

“Mrs Mary was one of those strong Caymanian women who were involved in all matters concerning the country when we needed it most and who built this country when the men were away at sea, raising children and managing her family’s affairs. Her husband himself was a Captain. I join my colleagues in expressing our sincere condolences. I know she will be sadly missed.”
