Condolence Books for Former District Commissioner Open

Condolence books are now open across the three Islands for the late former District Commissioner, Ernie Scott.

These are located at the Government Administration Building in Grand Cayman, District Administration Building in Cayman Brac and the District Office in Little Cayman. They will be available for members of the public to sign until Friday, 30 May.

Mr Scott passed away on 12 May after a brief illness and was buried on Saturday, 24 May in Cayman Brac. He was a devoted public servant whose career in government spanned nearly five decades. He began his service in 1973 and rose through the ranks to become District Commissioner in 2007, a role he held with distinction until his retirement in 2021.
