The Constitutional Commission (“the Commission”) has published its Annual Update to coincide once again with Constitution Day, which this year will be observed Monday, 4 July 2022. The Update reflects the Commission’s constitutional mandate to “Advise, Inform and Educate” and provides topical information relating to each of the three branches of government. The Update also highlights a number of recommendations in reports previously published by the Commission and urges some response to or action on these outstanding issues.
The Commission encourages the public on Constitution Day to find out more about the work of the Commission and important constitutional matters by accessing the bank of constitutional materials already available on the Commission’s website at www.constititionalcommission.ky.
