Effective today, January 6th 2022, at 1:00 pm, Caribbean Utilities Company, Ltd. (CUC) will
close its North Sound office to in person customer traffic due to increase in the number of
customer service agents who are currently in isolation as per Public Health guidelines.
It is anticipated that the office will be reopening on Monday, January 17th
.
All customer matters will be handled virtually and customers are encouraged to use our
website, send an email to service@cuc.ky or call us at 949-5200. Please be advised that there
will be an increase in processing times and there may be delays in our response times.
They apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding at this
time.
All payments can be made on our website, at any of the remote payment agents or at local
banks.
