East End Man Arrested for Attempted Burglary and Breach of Curfew

Just before 8PM on Friday 8 May, police were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communication Centre to a report of burglary in progress at a church hall located on Bodden Town Road.

A 19-year-old-man of East End was located at the scene of the incident. When the police arrived the man ran from the location and a short foot pursuit ensued before the man was located and arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and breach of curfew.

On Sunday 10 May, the arrested man was charged with Attempted Burglary, Criminal Trespass and Breach of Curfew. He was scheduled to appear in court today, Monday 11 May via video link.
