FACE MASKS ARRIVE AT BUY $MART

A Portion of the Proceeds Will be Donated to Meals on Wheels and Feed Our Future

Buy $mart located at Galleria Plaza, has received a shipment of 200,000 certified 3-ply surgical face masks which will be available for sale to customers at the brand’s signature low prices. Customers can now purchase a 20 pack of masks for only CI $24.97. At an average of only $1.25 per mask, this is a significantly lower price than currently available on the island.

In addition to mask prices at affordable prices, Buy $mart will be donating masks to frontline staff in the Cayman Islands and also donating to worthy charities who are committed to helping and feeding those in need during this uncertain time.

10,000 masks will be donated to frontline employees to provide essential personal protection. This will help ease some of the load on government organizations in the on-going search for the masks which are in high demand worldwide. Buy $mart has reached out to the Cayman Islands Government to ensure these masks are distributed where they are most needed.

Buy $mart will also donate $2.00 from each package of 20 masks sold to Meals on Wheels and Feed Our Future, two worthy and essential charitable organizations who continue to work hard to provide food to those who otherwise may not have meals during this global health crisis.

In an effort to increase donations Buy $mart encourages customers to donate $1.00 or $2.00 when they purchase their masks. “We are all in this together and helping charities who are doing their best to continue to serve the underserved in our community is important to us here at Buy $mart,” added Mike Allen, owner of Buy $mart Cayman.
