Flow Opens New Flagship Store at Camana Bay

Telecommunications provider Flow has officially unveiled its new flagship retail store at Camana Bay, marking a major investment in the Cayman Islands and reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to advancing connectivity, innovation, and digital transformation across the territory.

Designed as a modern customer experience hub, the new flagship location brings together advanced connectivity solutions, smarter service experiences, and interactive technology demonstrations within a single environment focused on innovation, convenience, and customer engagement.

“Our investment in Cayman has always been centred on building resilient infrastructure and delivering exceptional experiences for residents and businesses alike,” said Bruno Delhaise, General Manager of Flow Cayman.

The opening comes as Flow Cayman continues to strengthen and modernize its network infrastructure, including the deployment of 100% fibre across the islands and leading the region as the first Caribbean operator to launch 5G mobile technology.

“That commitment to innovation and network excellence has earned us important recognitions, including Ookla’s Fastest Network award and Best Network at Best of Cayman. The opening of this flagship store, together with the launch of Liberty Business, reflects the next phase of our investment in the Cayman Islands and our continued confidence in the country’s digital future,” added Delhaise.

Customers visiting the new flagship store will have the opportunity to experience several of Flow’s latest innovations firsthand, including Voice over LTE (VoLTE), Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi), and Flow’s plug-and-play backup internet solution designed to help homes and businesses remain connected during service interruptions and unexpected outages.

The launch of the new retail store additionally marks the official introduction of Liberty Business in the Cayman Islands – the company’s dedicated enterprise solutions brand focused on delivering advanced connectivity and digital solutions for large organizations across varied sectors including finance, hospitality, retail, and government.

One of the publicly accessible Liberty Business-solutions is the Camana Bay Wi-Fi deployment, which was developed in partnership with Dart and is now recognised as one of the largest public Wi-Fi deployments in the Cayman Islands.

As part of Flow’s continued commitment to network resilience and customer reliability, the company is also partnering with Starlink to introduce satellite backup connectivity for critical elements of its mobile network.

This additional layer of redundancy is designed to help maintain connectivity during major disruptions or catastrophic events, strengthening Flow’s ability to keep customers connected when it matters most.
