Leo Kassam got a hole in one!

The squad did really well against tough opposition

Team Cayman was out in force last week at the 2026 Caribbean Golf Association Four-Ball Championships, with 14 golfers competing across five divisions at Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club.

Congratulations to Barry Daly and Cameron Leitch, who secured an impressive second place in the Mid-Amateur Division, finishing at +6 over three days of competition.

Cayman’s second Mid-Am team, Luke Colbourn and Clark Weatherall, also delivered a strong performance, finishing 4th at +10, putting both Cayman teams in the top four.

Seven teams, fourteen golfers and plenty of Cayman pride.

It was a fantastic opportunity for our players to enjoy competitive golf, Caribbean camaraderie and represent the Cayman Islands on the regional stage.

Meanwhile, Leo Kassam made his first hole-in-one on the first hole at North Sound Golf Club on September 1.

Rumour has it there may even be clubhouse footage of Leo and his playing partner celebrating with a chest bump.
