Immigration Legislation and Regulations Commence 1 May 2026
The public is reminded that changes to immigration legislation will commence on Friday, 1 May 2026.
These changes are part of a broader effort to strengthen and modernize the immigration system while keeping opportunities for Caymanians at the centre.
Residents, employers, and all stakeholders are encouraged to take note of these upcoming changes and prepare accordingly ahead of the commencement date.
