International recognition for The Security Centre

Long-standing Cayman Islands security company, The Security Centre Limited, has been awarded International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) certification in Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Private Security Services; three internationally recognised industry standards that put a guaranty behind the business’ ability to provide services, products and operations that meet and exceed customers’ needs locally and regulatory requirements, globally.

The Security Centre is the first, and only, security services company in the Cayman Islands and Caribbean region to have been awarded these international quality standards, which is testament to the organisation’s ongoing commitment to continually improving business operations, management processes and customer service.

ISO is one of the most rigorous and well-regarded standards of accreditation in the world. To become compliant with these standards, over the last year The Security Centre underwent an extensive firm-wide audit of its management systems, security operations and employee health and safety policies, conducted by the third-party organisation. It then worked with the organisation to develop and implement a long-term efficiency plan that will ensure the company continues to operate with industry-leading security management systems in place.

Commenting on the certifications, The Security Centre’s General Manager, Abrahem Ghazarian, explained: “Achieving these international accreditations recognises the robust policies and procedures we have in place internally, which in turn means our customers have complete assurance that our security services and systems operate to the highest standard.”

As the company looks forward to 2022, he added: “as we have always done, we are continuing to challenge ourselves to improve our services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our customers, whilst keeping employee safety, customer service quality and operational transparency in our business practices top of mind.”

Mr Ghazarian added: “Having witnessed an increase in security incidents across both homes and businesses over the last year, we want to ensure that our current and future clients feel confident that The Security Centre’s services and procedures are the most efficient and effective on-island by guaranteeing a consistent and high-quality level of performance.”
