Jamaica imposes new COVID-19 travel requirements for entry

All travelers must provide proof of negative COVID-19 test

 

The Jamaican Government has announced that all travelers aged 12 years and older who wish to enter the country, including Jamaican nationals, must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR or Antigen test taken within 72 hours of travel), upon check-in for their flight. The new requirement is effective as of Thursday March 4, 2021.

All travelers to Jamaica must also complete an online travel registration and obtain travel authorization approval prior to check-in for their flight.

Cayman Airways reminds passengers that they are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary travel documents required for entry into any country. Persons not providing the required travel documents, will not be able to travel.
