Eco-Warriors enthusiastically plant a mango tree as part of the sustainability initiative.
Joanna Clarke Primary School hosted a symbolic tree planting ceremony in partnership with Miss Earth Cayman and the Rotary Club Cayman last Thursday (5 June). The event marked two significant moments: a ceremonial planting with Year 6 students to symbolise their transition to high school, and a second planting with members of the Environment Club and Eco-Warriors to celebrate their ongoing dedication to sustainability. The ceremony was graced by Miss Earth Cayman Islands 2025, Latecia Bush, as they planted trees intended to provide shade and lasting memories for years to come.
