KPMG LLP Announces Tatiana Egoshina as Principal of Actuarial Team

KPMG in the Cayman Islands has appointed Tatiana Egoshina as the firm’s new Principal of Actuarial. With over two decades of actuarial expertise and leadership in the financial services industry, Tatiana will spearhead the development and growth of the firm’s Actuarial Team, covering advisory projects and providing specialist audit support.

Tatiana’s career history includes consultancy and industry experience. She has worked for a consultancy in the UK for more than a decade and has also led an Actuarial Risk team for a global reinsurer.

Her impressive track record includes business development and leading groundbreaking projects for key practice clients, including economic capital model development, model validation, actuarial support of M&A transactions and stress and scenario testing frameworks.

Recognized as an industry expert, Tatiana has spoken at many high-profile events, including the International Congress of Actuaries and the IFoA Life Conference. She has also authored several thought leadership pieces on topics ranging from shareholder value reporting in Europe, to the use of causal models for risk modelling, including climate risk.

Her academic background includes a degree from Moscow State University in Mathematics, complemented by her professional qualifications as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a Data Science Certificate holder.
