The second installment of the highly anticipated KPMG Junior Tournament at the picturesque Cayman Islands Tennis Club was an electrifying showcase of budding talent and fierce competition. With 32 players across four age categories – U10, U12, U14, and U18 – the tournament unfolded with thrilling matches that kept spectators on the edge of their seats.

Kicking off on Saturday, March 16th, the tournament saw young athletes showcasing their skills with precision and determination. The excitement culminated in the final rounds on Sunday, March 17th, where champions emerged after intense battles on the court.

In the U10 category, the formidable Poppy Begg-Smith claimed the title. She displayed impeccable skill and composure to defeat Jelani Blake in a gripping encounter, with a scoreline of 4-2 / 4-2.

In the U12 division, the reigning champion Max Hoppe once again asserted his dominance, triumphing over Jackson Shambaugh with a commanding performance of 4-1 / 4-1 to retain his well-deserved title.

The U14 category witnessed an outstanding display of talent. Aaron Rajamohan emerged victorious after a stellar performance against Alex Johnson in the final, clinching the trophy with a decisive score of 6-0 / 6-1.

In the fiercely contested U18 division, Elias Drobac emerged as the champion after a thrilling three-set battle against Lea Neverilova, with the final scoreline reading 6-7 / 6-4 / 1-0. The match was a testament to the resilience and determination of both players, captivating the audience till the very last point.
