On Saturday, 25 February, officers responded to a report of an incident at a condominium complex on West Bay Road. It was reported that two women had seen a man on the premises exposing himself. The man then entered one of the units and made his way to an empty bedroom. When police arrived on the scene they found the man in the room in a state of undress.
The man, age 30 of West Bay, was arrested and taken into custody, however he continued to expose himself while being transported to the Cayman Islands Detention Centre.
He has been formally charged with Criminal Trespass and three counts of Intentional Harassment, Alarm or Distress. The man, who was on court bail with electronic monitoring at the time of the incident, has also been charged with Damaging an Electronic Monitoring Device.
He has been remanded in custody in relation to an ongoing case, and appears in court in relation to this matter on Tuesday, 7 March.
