Man Charged for Burglary and Cocaine Offenses
At about 1:15AM on Saturday, 29 February, officers responded to a report of a burglary at an address on West Bay Road north of Marsh Road. The occupants of the residence discovered a man not known to them who had entered the home. Upon being discovered the man fled the location with a quantity of cash.
Later that day, a man age 54 of West Bay, attended the West Bay Police Station and turned himself in as the suspect in the burglary. He has been formally charged with Burglary and Consumption of Cocaine and was scheduled to appear in court on 2 March.
