Mandatory Isolation Letters to Employers now available from Public Health
Individuals requiring letters to their employers confirming they have been placed in mandatory isolation due to ongoing COVID 19 contact tracing requirements can obtain these by request to Public Health. Please request by email only to quarantine@hsa.ky
