IRG - International Realty Group, a leading real estate agency in the Cayman Islands, has launched a transformative scholarship initiative aimed at nurturing the next generation of Caymanian talent in real estate. This milestone announcement is part of IRG’s 30th anniversary celebration, marking three decades of excellence, innovation, and community investment.

Supporting the Next Generation of Real Estate Professionals

To celebrate 30 years of real estate excellence, IRG is proud to launch the IRG 30th Anniversary Real Estate Scholarship. As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the growth and development of Caymanians in the Real Estate Industry, IRG is donating a total of USD$30,000 over 3 years to support Caymanians pursuing a career in the real estate, property or development sector.

This scholarship represents more than just financial support—it’s an investment in the future of the Cayman Islands’ real estate market. In addition to providing educational funding, IRG is committed to supporting the long-term career success of scholarship recipients, including opportunities for mentorship, industry exposure and potential work placements within the real estate sector upon graduation.

“This is about giving back to the community that helped us grow. By investing in the next generation of Caymanian professionals, we’re investing in the future of Cayman,” — Jeremy Hurst, President & CEO, IRG

Mr. Hurst added that the goal is for students who successfully complete their course to be given a pathway to employment within the IRG group of companies.

Backed by a Legacy of Community Leadership

Since its founding in 1994, IRG has remained committed to more than industry leadership, dedicating itself to initiatives that strengthen the Cayman Islands and open doors for future generations. This scholarship represents the next chapter in IRG’s longstanding dedication to community upliftment.

The launch of the scholarship was marked with a formal presentation by IRG President & CEO Jeremy Hurst, joined by Her Excellency the Governor, Mrs. Jane Owen, underscoring the national significance of this investment in Cayman’s youth.
