Water Authority – Cayman would like to advise its valued customers that its offices in both Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac will be closed on Friday, 10 November 2023 for a staff function and will reopen on Tuesday, 14 November, following the Remembrance Day holiday.
Cayman Brac customers are encouraged to plan ahead and make trucked water orders in advance. There will be limited trucked water deliveries on:
• Friday, 10 November
• Saturday, 11 November
• Monday, 13 November.
Trucked water orders received by the end of business day on Thursday, 9 November, but are not delivered on Friday, 10 November, will be carried over to Saturday, 11 November or Monday, 13 November.
Only trucked water orders that meet the Authority’s emergency criteria will be accepted for delivery on the following dates and will incur an emergency fee:
• Friday, 10 November
• Saturday, 11 November
• Sunday, 12 November
• Monday, 13 November.
The Authority apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the publics’ understanding.
