ONE | GT Celebrates First Restaurant Month with Special Dining Menus

Grand Cayman’s newest hotel, ONE | GT, has joined the Cayman Islands Restaurant Month celebrations for the first time, introducing specially curated menus at two of its onsite dining establishments, Perle and Cafe Bellini.

The hotel’s inaugural participation in the annual culinary event offers residents and visitors an opportunity to explore its dining experiences, which range from elegant fine dining to casual Italian-inspired cuisine.

Throughout October, both restaurants are showcasing their individual culinary offerings, providing diners with an opportunity to experience some of the signature dishes that have become part of ONE | GT’s hospitality experience.

At Perle, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, guests can enjoy a specially designed three-course menu featuring a selection of dishes that highlight the kitchen’s approach to contemporary cuisine.

The menu begins with beetroot carpaccio, followed by a choice of pan-seared grouper or sous-vide chicken for the main course. Diners can complete their experience with strawberry Eton mess, a dessert combining fruit, cream and meringue.

For guests interested in complementing their meal with wine, Perle is also offering an optional sommelier-selected wine pairing designed to accompany the dining experience.

Meanwhile, Cafe Bellini provides a more relaxed alternative for those seeking an afternoon meal.

Described as a sophisticated Italian bakery and market, the establishment is participating in Restaurant Month with a special lunch menu available daily from 11 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

The offering includes the chef’s soup of the day, a choice of panini and a house-baked pastry, bringing together traditional bakery favourites and casual dining in an inviting setting.

The contrasting menus reflect the variety of dining experiences available at ONE | GT, allowing guests to choose between a more formal restaurant experience and a leisurely lunch.

Restaurant Month has become an important fixture on the Cayman Islands’ culinary calendar, encouraging residents and visitors to explore participating restaurants and discover the diversity of the local hospitality sector.
