ONE | GT Covers Stamp Duty on Next Five Sales as VIP Ownership Privileges Announced

As ONE | GT prepares to open its doors this Winter, the development team behind Cayman’s newest luxury hotel and residences project in George Town is unveiling a suite of VIP ownership privileges and limited-time incentives designed to to support local buyers and make luxury living more attainable.

In a bold move to reward early buyers with exclusive advantages, the team has announced it will cover 100% of the stamp duty for the next five residential sales. With stamp duty currently set at 7.5% of the purchase price in the Cayman Islands, this incentive could save qualifying buyers between CI$70,000 to CI$110,000, depending on the unit selected.

Owners will benefit from early access to signature event bookings, priority reservations at the signature restaurant and rooftop restaurant and bar. Additional perks include a dedicated residential entrance and lobby, access to valet and room service (with preferred valet service fees), exclusive offers on premium parking and storage, and global recognition through Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ and Hilton Honors upon opening. With personalised touches like branded welcome gifts, private fobs, and priority invitations to curated events, ONE | GT redefines what it means to feel truly at home in a luxury environment.
