Paradigm Governance expands its fiduciary team

Tanya Jamieson joins Paradigm to provide support to its compliance and regulatory team

Paradigm Governance Partners, a governance and financial services firm with a presence in the Cayman Islands and the US, has hired an experienced fiduciary professional to assist the business and to provide support to its compliance and regulatory team.

Tanya Jamieson joins Paradigm after several years working for Intertrust Corporate Services (Cayman) in a senior fiduciary role. She provided corporate secretarial and board support to an extensive portfolio of clients, which included some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 groups. She also worked closely with the unit trust team and the management board of Intertrust.

Prior to working for Intertrust, Jamieson worked with the law firm Nelson & Co as a paralegal providing legal and corporate support to its private client department and corporate department, including managing a busy corporate services client portfolio.

Prior to arriving in the Cayman Islands, Jamieson worked with the law firm TLW in the UK where she also completed her legal training and qualified as a UK lawyer in 2008. Jamieson also spent several years living and working in the British Virgin Islands in an office management role.

Tanya is a UK qualified lawyer. She holds a LLB (Hons) law degree and a post-graduate legal practice course qualification from the University of Northumbria. She also holds an advanced certificate in corporate governance from the Chartered Governance Institute United Kingdom and Ireland.
