Shortly after 3:00AM on Thursday, 30 September, officers received a report of an aggravated burglary and assault that had occurred at an address on Frank Sound Road in North Side.
It was reported that the occupants of the home had awoken to find an unknown male in the home. A struggle ensued during which a male occupant of the house received injuries. The culprit then fled the location. The injured occupant was transported to hospital via private vehicle for treatment. He remains in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
