Public Advisory: Phishing and Malicious Emails Being Circulated
The RCIPS has been made aware of an email being circulated from melin.vika@mail.ru > with a message suggesting a bomb hoax for the Cayman Islands national carrier. It is believed to be phishing and malicious and members of the public are being advised not to click on the link provided in the email should they receive one.
The threat to the flight is unsubstantiated at this time and the RCIPS will continue to investigate the intention and source of this email.
