Public Invited to Advanced Screening of The Bluff

The public is invited to experience an advanced screening of The Bluff, the latest feature film by Caymanian filmmaker Frank E. Flowers. The screening for Grand Cayman will take place on Saturday, 14 February at Pedro St. James at 7:00PM. For Cayman Brac, the screening will take place on Sunday, 15 February at the Aston Rutty Centre at x:00PM. Set for global release on 25 February on Prime Video, The Bluff follows a former female pirate, played by Priyanka Chopra Jones, who is forced to protect her family when her dangerous past comes knocking. While the film was primarily shot in Australia, it features scenes filmed at Skull Cave and the Bluff in Cayman Brac, which are used to establish the setting of the story.

This pirate action-adventure film is directed by Frank E. Flowers and co-written by Flowers and Joe Ballarini. Producers include Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Angela Russo-Otstot and Michael Disco for AGBO, along with Chopra Jonas and Cinestar Pictures’ Cisely Saldana and Mariel Saldana. Serving as executive producers alongside Flowers and Ballarini are Chris Castaldi, Ari Costa and Kassee Whiting for AGBO, Zoe Saldaña for Cinestar Pictures, and Thorsten Schumacher for Rocket Science. The film is another major international production for the Caymanian filmmaker, further cementing Cayman’s growing presence in the global film industry.
