Sailing camps will wind them up

Sailing camps for youngsters has started and continues through August during a break in the competitive racing calendar. Under the instruction of a talented and vigilant coaching team, another generation of youngsters get an introduction to sailing whilst having fun in and on the water.

Summer camps, available for age ranges 6-16, are generally five days in duration running from 8:30 to 4pm. On and off water activities are undertaken each day and, wind direction allowing, the week usually includes a day sail to Camana Bay.

A number of end-of-camp barbeques offer the opportunity for camp sailors to demonstrate their new skills to their family, by taking them on to, and sometimes into, the water.
