Mother’s Day is Sunday 9 May and the shops, stores and services at Camana Bay are here to help all to cherish their moms and maternal figures. With brunches, gift options, free photo sessions and the chance to win an ultimate prize pack, there’s something for every Mom at Camana Bay.

Meaningful experiences

Capture memories with Mom on Saturday, 1 May with a free Mother’s Day portrait taken by photographer Guy Waller. From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. drop into the pop-up photo studio at 9 Forum Lane, across from Scotiabank. Reservations are not needed; however, families are encouraged to arrive early.

On Thursday, 6 May spend some time with Mom with a special cooking class on fermentation hosted by Saucha Conscious Living at Bon Vivant. Spaces are limited and registration is CI$125 per person. Email info@bonvivant.ky to book.

Cultivate a new skill together by dropping into 3 Girls & A Kiln, on the corner of Market Street and Forum Lane, to decorate a personally glazed or customised piece. Alternatively, stop by solo and glaze a piece as a thoughtful personalised gift for Mother’s Day. If time is short, simply select a one-of-a-kind gift from the shop’s assortment of decorated ceramics or pick up a “book one class, get one half-off” special gift card.

On Sunday, 9 May, Mizu Asian Bistro + Bar and Pani Indian Kitchen are coming together for an Asian- and Indian-inspired feast that will take Mom on a journey through the Orient. For only CI$55 per person families can enjoy all-you-can-eat Asian and Indian classics and beer, wine and well drinks.

Continuing the global culinary tour, perhaps try a Peruvian-and-Italian-inspired Mother’s Day brunch at Agua on Sunday, 9 May from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for only CI$125 per person. This decadent brunch experience includes a full spread of seafood, grass-fed meats, organic pastas, farm-fresh produce and bottomless champagne, wine and cocktails.
